This project entailed the interior planning and design of an existing two story office space for use as a multi-purpose community facility. The planning issues related to fitting the program to the existing space while maintaining proper circulation, corridors and legal egress requirements. The new spaces included administrative office space, a fitness center, teen lounge, library, dance studio, classrooms, a nursery school, and raising the roof to create a clerestory lit multipurpose room.
