This unique project comprised the development of a new 375 unit cabana structure for a private country club. While the building stepped steeply down the site toward Long Island Sound, handicapped accessibly was maintained at all levels and public assembly, fire code and egress regulations were complied with. The architectural vocabulary blended with the character of the neighborhood and the "Tudor" detailing of the main clubhouse.
