A new two-story addition was added onto an existing side to side split level home. The addition went up and over the existing house. A new diagonal stairway connects the existing to new. The renovation and addition included a new kitchen, bathrooms, children’s bedrooms and a master bedroom suite, bathroom and deck. The entire new exterior character was developed of horizontal cedar siding, double hung windows and shingle roof, blending with the traditional character of the neighborhood.
